Full payment of registration and accommodation is required by credit card upon booking.

Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard.
On-line payments are processed through a secure site.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Organizers  (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

Cancellations before May 2, 2019 will receive a full refund less a ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after May 2, 2019, but substitutions may be made at any time. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the Conference.

Accommodation will be refunded if a cancellation is made 48 hours before the arrival date (working days).

Neither the organization of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

Change of invoicing address

For any changes and If a new invoice / receipt has to be made due to incorrect registration, an administrative fee of ISK 5.000 will be charged.
